Dear Brenda,
I just had to write and thank you for Mega Cleanse. It has been wonderful for me personally, but the real story is my daughter. Alexis is 4 years old and has suffered with constipation since she was a baby. I have taken her to specialists concerning this problem and their solution was surgery. That was not an option for us. l knew there had to be something out there for her. My mother has been taking the Mega-Cleanse for some time now and suggested giving Alexis half a dose, crushed up in some yogurt on a daily basis.
Ever since she has taken the Mega-Cleanse she has been fine. No more constipation or painful enemas, and no more talk of surgery. Thank you so much for your product. I am glad there are healthy alternatives like Mega-Cleanse.
Sincerely,
Julie Short Arlington, Texas

Ayurveda is an ancient science that came into being when the five elements of nature were born. Earth, fire, water, air and space are considered the first materials of life and the basis of Ayurveda, which gave birth to the concept of the doshas. These elements combine to form a dosha, which becomes the dominant prakriti (constitution or nature) of a body. All physiological and psychological functions depend on the constituency of our dosha and the prakriti that dominates us. There are three doshas- Vata (air and space), Pitta (fire and water), and Kapha (water and earth).
Triphala Detoxifies and Balances all Doshas
The word ‘dosha’ essentially means ‘a fault’, and it indicates the delicate nature of the doshas of the body that can easily get faulty and out of balance if not nurtured properly. Everybody has a combination of all the three doshas, though one of the doshas is believed to be the primary ruling dosha while one is secondary and the third one is more or less passive. However, these keep changing owing to one’s change in lifestyle and environment, and change in any one dosha results in the change of the other two as well because they live in co-existence and it is extremely important to maintain a balance between all three of the doshas.
It is very essential for a person to know his or her dosha type to stay healthy and disease-free. It is easy to determine your dominant dosha by using a dosha test that calculates your answers by accumulating the points or by simply consulting an Ayurvedic practitioner. However, to live a life of peace and harmony, one should eat and act according to one’s dosha prakriti. A perfect balanced interplay of these doshas determines our health.
Ayurveda, with its concept of the tri-dosha has given a holistic approach to view the human body and its dysfunctionalities, simply derives its laws and understanding from the natural world. Thus, if you are sick and are able to spot which of your doshas need care, it becomes very easy to eat right targeting that particular dosha and to avoid things that might aggravate the condition and cause imbalance. The concept of the doshas expresses quite a different view from other sciences of the understanding of the human body and is thus not widely accepted despite its long history and many success stories.
